Teddy!
The teddy bear makes its first Nazi Zombies appearance in the map "Verrückt". If a player happens to come across a teddy bear from the mystery box, Samantha's laugh will be heard and the box will float to the ceiling before vanishing to another location in a flash of light, but when this happens the player's points are returned to him/her. The locations are marked by a pile of rubble with a teddy bear on top of it. On the walls, writings such as "teddy is a liar" appear in blood near the kitchen and other places.
The teddy bear makes it's second unwelcome appearance in "Shi No Numa". Like in "Verrückt" its purpose is to relocate the mystery box and frustrate the players. A possible mystery box location is marked by a few boxes with a teddy bear on top of it. However, it's much easier to find the relocated mystery box, as a beam of light shines above the hut it is located in. Hence the writing above the first mystery box spawn point saying, "Look up to see the light" then pointing to a drawn hut's roof.
The teddy bear has unique cameos in the "Der Riese" map. In addition to the mystery box, there is an alley in the starting area where if not in splitscreen, it was originally thought the player could see a shadow of a teddy bear standing around the corner. It has been proven by modders that it is a teddy bear. There is also a teddy bear holding the Bowie knife on a rooftop looking down at the player after the Fly Trap is activated, along with another teddy bear in a cage holding a bottle of Juggernog and the C-3000 b1atch-35 (upgraded Colt M1911)
When the teddy bear appears in the mystery box, Samantha's laugh is heard (as well as a more demonic one) and the over-voice of the game says 'Bye bye'. Rarely, the zombies start to laugh because of the player's loss.
It is the laugh the players hear belongs to Samantha when you get the teddy bear out of the mystery box (see Radio messages/Der Riese). In one radio message it is revealed that Samantha and Dr. Maxis are trapped with a Hellhound after Dr. Maxis ran an experiment on Samantha's dog Fluffy. It is possible that Samantha is haunting the zombie/Hellhound incidents as a result of this. Likewise, it is possible that Dr. Maxis haunts them and is the one who players hear say "Fetch me their souls!" to the dogs.
It may be possible that Samantha had a teddy bear when she was murdered by Edward and now she uses her teddy as a conduit between her world and ours. In the Fly Trap sequence, when the player starts it, there will be Samantha's voice that says "I want to play a game... let's play, Hide and Seek!". Samantha's voice is German, for when the child says "Wow, you found another one," She pronounces the word "Another" with a German accent and says "Anozzer". She also says many things, along with a demonic voice in the end when the player finishes the game of hers and she says, "you win" in her voice, then "GAME OVER!" in a demonic voice.
Call of Duty: Black OpsEdit It is seen in Kino der Toten and can appear in the Mystery Box and moves it. It also can be found at Mystery Box spawn locations. It is also seen on Samantha's bed in her bedroom. Also in that same room, there is a teddy bear along with action figures of the players in Nazi zombies, and there is music of children playing in the background. It also appears in "Five". It is sitting above ammo crates.
In Kino Der Toten, If you teleport out of the Pack-a-Punch room, It is possible to go into a bedroom that is clustered with teddy bears. You will also see a demonic, enlarged teddy bear on the wall.
A teddy bear power-up can be found in Dead Ops Arcade. It repels zombies away from the player.
The Teddy Bear also returns in Ascension, appearing in the Mystery Box like in the previous Zombies maps. Three teddy bears with sickles can be found around the map. Hitting the action button on all three of these will play "Abracadavre" by Elena Seigman. The locations for the teddy bears are:
1st Teddy bear is on the platform above the generator in the starting area
2nd Teddy bear is in the lunar lander area with the claymore behind a gate on the left side if facing the lander
3rd Teddy bear is located up near the sickle itself. If you look towards the far left window it will be on a beam above to the right of it.
There is a teddy bear covered in blood that can also be seen in Firing Range inside the building with the technical in the rafters. In this map there are also several boxes similar to the mystery box in Nazi Zombies as well as lots of other references suggesting this might be the setting for a future zombie map.
Also, on the new map "Call of the Dead" The teddy bear makes its infamous appearance in the mystery box yet again. It is still unknown if there are any laying around, however it is rumored that one is residing within the Café on the ship, right on the power switch.

Element 115!
For the similarly titled song, see 115 (song). Ununpentium/115 meteor in Shi No Numa. Added by Captain943 Element 115 plays a role in the Nazi Zombies back-story. According to the radio messages in Shi No Numa and Der Riese and by character quotes, it is extensively used by Group 935. In the Nazi Zombies storyline, however, Element 115 is harvested from meteorites that have fallen into warring powers' territory. One of these meteors that can be seen by the player is found in Shi No Numa, and until the release of Black Ops this was the only meteor to be found in the maps. In Kino der Toten there are three meteor fragments that can be found. These can be activated by pressing the use button while looking at them. After all three of the meteor fragments are activated, the song "115" by Elena Siegman starts to play. Said meteors are red in color, emit strange noises and have electrical pulses flickering across their surfaces. Shooting them will bring certain quotes by the characters dealing with the rock. Element 115 has been found in Der Riese, Shi No Numa, and Tunguska. Three more meteors can be found in Call of the Dead, which when activated, plays the song "Not Ready To Die" by Avenged Sevenfold.
Element 115 was used to create the zombies as one of its side effects was the reanimation of dead cells. The zombies were to be used as super-soldiers by the Nazis. After creating them, Maxis realized that they were too uncontrollable and would lead to mankind's destruction. The Ray Gun, the Pack-a-Punch Machine, and the Wunderwaffe DG-2 are all powered by 115, along with the teleporters.

Centrifuge
The Centrifuge is featured in the starting room in Ascension. It is both beneficial and hazardous to the player as it can down the player if he stands within its range while it's spinning, but can be dodged if the player crouches or goes prone. When overrun with zombies the player can use the centrifuge to thin down the horde by sprinting in a circle and then diving to prone when the centrifuge starts spinning. This strategy won't help for long, as there is a cooldown between each spin and zombies will continuously enter the room.
Paradise
Paradise is a location mentioned in Call of the Dead. Its existence is confirmed by two trophies/achievements. Not much else is known at this time. The original Zombies cast (Tank Dempsey, Nikolai Belinski, Takeo Masaki and Edward Richtofen) used a teleporter to arrive here during the events of Call of the Dead. Richtofen mentions that there's only one more step to complete before he takes over the world, perhaps hinting that Paradise contains the secret to controlling the zombies.
